What is included in the rental price?
The price includes own damage and theft insurance with excess, roadside assistance (KM0), isolated glass breakage, passenger insurance, replacement vehicle at the branch and VAT.
What is not included?
Fuel, fines, damage caused by misuse or abuse and the territorial extension.
What is the minimum rental period?
The normal minimum rental period is 24 hours.
What are the excess and the deposit?
The amount depends on the vehicle group and is shown when booking. The deposit is held on a credit card at pick-up and released on return if the vehicle has no damage.
What is Premium Protection (SCDW)?
It is an optional cover that reduces the excess to the group's lowest amount. The daily cost depends on the group and is shown when booking.
What documents do I need?
Driving licence, ID document and tax number. At least one driver is identified when the vehicle is handed over.
Can I take the vehicle abroad?
Yes, with the territorial extension for all of Europe, priced by group. Add it when booking.
What are the pick-up and return hours?
On working days, during the opening hours of the Viana do Castelo and Ponte de Lima branches, shown when booking.
Do you deliver to my company?
For companies in the Viana do Castelo area, yes, for an additional fee shown when booking.
How does booking work?
